Unit 25: This is the largest unit at Oyster Pond, with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Great views and spacious living
areas.
Units 31 and unit 32: Each of these units have 2 bedrooms plus a loft, and 2 1/2 baths. Unit 32, being the end
unit has the most spectacular views, including an over sized upstairs balcony. These units may be rented
separately, or at a discounted rate for renting the two together.
Oyster Pond at Chatham includes tennis court, swimming pool, shuffle board, acres of lawn for kite flying, playing
catch, and family fun. Wide range of excellent nearby restaurants from super casual on up. Restaurant listings
are available, as are brochures on activities for adults and kids. All summer take your family to the famous
Chatham Band Concert, Cape League baseball, Summer Theatre and newly opened Chatham Orpheum
Theatre. Sightseeing, whale watching, seals, cycling, beaches, golf, movies are all nearby. Small kids activities
in Chatham also include a large playground and a train museum, both right near a real fire station. Oyster Pond’s
great location is nearby Chatham Main Street’s strolling and shopping.
